We decided to come to Kanab a couple of days before the start of the gathering so we could do some sight seeing. We visited Hoover Dam and Bryce Canyon. (pictures to come). We had rain on and off during the drive to the Hoover Dam, but as we drove into Kanab we were greeted by this beautiful rainbow
It snowed the first day of the gathering, but then cleared up and was just perfect for the rest of the gathering.
